Start a Return
Use the secure return-request form on this page to submit your order and product details for manual review. Submission is not approval, and items must not be shipped until authorization and instructions are provided.
Before You Submit
Free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Authorization required.
Apex Shift provides a prepaid return label or arranges return freight for approved eligible returns, including change of mind and incorrect part selection. No return-shipping, restocking, or supplier return fees are deducted from eligible returns. Original outbound shipping charges, if paid, are nonrefundable except for a Apex Shift error or when required by law.
Have the email used at checkout, order number, product name or SKU, quantity, current item condition, and a clear description of the issue available.
Supporting Evidence
Submit the request without attachments. If photographs or documents are needed, our team will send a secure upload request after reviewing your case.
Do not email payment-card information, identity documents, or unrelated personal records.
Manual Review
A submitted request creates a private review case and reference number. Apex Shift will verify the order and review the request before providing an eligibility decision or return instructions.
The form does not automatically approve a return, create a shipping label, issue a refund, or create a Shopify return.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send a product back until Apex Shift provides written authorization and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
