Clean the assemblies, measure the crank journals, bearing clearance, pin clearance and rod side clearance, and check piston and counterweight clearance through a full rotation. Balance the rotating assembly. Use the lubricant and tightening/stretch procedure supplied for this exact Molnar ARP2000 bolt set. Original Honda rod-bolt torques do not apply.
