Description
K-Tuned KHH-UM-301 replaces the factory rubber coolant-recirculation hose beneath the intake manifold on the listed K-series engine configurations. Its silicone construction renews this short coolant connection while retaining the original routing.
- Single replacement hose; it is not a radiator-hose or heater-hose kit.
Engine swaps, aftermarket water outlets and altered manifolds require a separate plumbing check.

Match the installed coolant housings, hose connections and under-manifold routing.
K-Tuned KHH-UM-301 replaces the under-manifold coolant recirculation hose on the listed engine configurations. Let the engine and cooling system cool completely, then drain coolant as directed by the Honda or Acura service procedure before disconnecting the hose. Compare the original hose, connections and routing with the replacement, and inspect the hose seats and clamps. Route the replacement hose clear of moving components, without twists or kinks. Refill with the vehicle-specified coolant, bleed trapped air using the service procedure, and check the connections for leaks after the engine reaches operating temperature and again after it cools.
