DEI Black Titanium exhaust wrap, MPN 10003 / 010003. One 2-inch-wide, 50-foot roll with a black carbon-fiber look. Made from lava-rock fiber, not woven fiberglass or metallic titanium.

Black Titanium Exhaust Wrap, with LR Technology, is made from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material then woven into a proprietary weave. Black Titanium wrap is engineered to be stronger than most wraps and more durable for improved thermal performance and reliability. Designed to be pliable and resistant to chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown

Black Titanium wrap with a carbon-fiber look. Rated for 1800 F direct heat and 2500 F intermittent heat. No pre-wetting required. Not recommended for catalytic converters, flex pipes, or flex joints. Do not move or remove the wrap after heat cycling.

Before installation

• The black finish fades with use, especially at high temperatures; fading does not reduce the wrap's thermal properties.
• Allow for pipe diameter, bends and overlap when estimating coverage.
• A 50-foot roll does not cover 50 feet of exhaust pipe.
• Package includes the wrap roll only.
• Secure it with suitable exhaust-wrap ties or clamps, purchased separately.
