Use the specified K24 / F20C / F22C block and have an engine machine shop measure the block and each sleeve before machining. Apply the Darton dry-sleeve interference and temperature procedure for the block material. Prepare the flange seat, install the sleeve and finish-bore and hone with a correctly torqued deck plate. Set piston and ring clearances for the actual components and thoroughly clean the block after machining.
