Description
Canton 15-964 is a baffled steel oil pan for K-series engine builds using the K20A2 PRB or RRC oil pump and pickup. Its 6.5-quart system capacity is one quart greater than the stock reference system.
A diamond-shaped trap-door assembly and removable anti-slosh baffle control oil movement during acceleration, braking and cornering. Trial-fit the pan, pump and chassis before final assembly; some installations require crossmember clearance.

15-964 uses the K20A2 PRB or RRC oil-pump and pickup configuration. Trial-fit the pan to the engine and chassis before applying sealant, checking pickup, baffle, rotating-assembly and crossmember clearance. Resolve any interference using an installation plan suited to the chassis. Clean the sealing surfaces and follow the Canton guide and engine service procedure for sealing, fasteners and curing. Establish the correct oil level and verify oil pressure before operation.
