Have the damper installed by a qualified engine technician. Inspect the crank snout, key and hub, measure the crank and hub to verify the required fit, and follow ATI's press-fit instructions. Use a proper damper installation tool; do not hammer the damper on. Confirm the hub is fully seated, align the shell and hub indexing marks where applicable, and use the specified fasteners and tightening procedure. Tighten the crank bolt and washer to the engine manufacturer's specification unless the exact damper instructions state otherwise. Check pulley alignment, belt tension and clearance.
